The contracting entity shall agree with the agreement, including the basis for apportionment of fees, and the agreement of the contracting entity shall be confirmed in writing; and the process of developing an emergency agreement depends on the lawyer and the case presented. The lawyer must evaluate the hours required for the case, the chance of winning and the total amount that can possibly be collected before considering the collaboration with the client. (f) Fees are only earned when the lawyer grants a benefit to the client or provides a legal service to the client. Advances on unensized fees are the property of the client and are paid into the lawyer`s trust account until they earn money, in accordance with Rule 1.15B(a)(1). .
